By using Timehaven, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Timehaven ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Timehaven is a focus and wellness app that uses a virtual garden and creature companion to encourage mindful phone usage. The App provides focus session timers, habit tracking, and gamified progress visualizations.

Subscriptions

Timehaven offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans:

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and code in Timehaven are owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Timehaven is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Timehaven is a wellness and focus tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for any health-related concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
